Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the full accounting cycle, ensuring accurate financial records are maintained.
- Collaborate with the Group Finance Manager to prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
- Oversee inventory accounting and ensure compliance with retail accounting practices.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with related regulations.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail accounting role.
- Skills: Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage or QuickBooks, and strong analytical abilities.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with South African tax laws and compliance regulations.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R18,000 – R25,000 per month.
