Exciting Opportunity: National Customer Service and Documentation Manager in Johannesburg

A leading company, Edge Executive, is seeking a dedicated National Customer Service and Documentation Manager. This is a rare opportunity to build and lead a national function from the ground up, shaping how customer service and documentation are delivered across a complex, high-paced environment in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of customer service strategies that enhance client relations.
  • Establish and manage documentation procedures to ensure consistency in service delivery across regions.
  • Oversee the performance metrics of the customer service team and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer service operational processes.
  • Build training programs to increase team effectiveness in customer interaction.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a managerial role within customer service or documentation.
  • Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a strategic mindset.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R30,000 – R50,000 per month.
