A leading company in the hospitality industry, Hoteljobs is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Guest Relations Manager. This is your chance to join a top-tier hotel in Rosebank, South Africa, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized service to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate front-desk team members to ensure exceptional service.
  • Manage daily front-desk operations efficiently, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Address guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
  • Train and develop staff to uphold the hotel’s service excellence standards.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a Guest Relations or similar management role within the hospitality sector.

💰 Salary Insight
