Key Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions and ensure accuracy.
- Prepare daily financial reports and summarize revenue, expenses, and occupancy statistics.
- Check-in late arrivals and ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Reconcile cash drawer and ensure secure handling of cash and other transactions.
- Assist in the resolution of guest concerns and queries through effective communication.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant qualification in hospitality management or finance preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in hotel management or auditing will be an advantage.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical ability.
- Availability: Must be willing to work night shifts and weekends.
