A leading company, ISTA Solutions, is currently seeking a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator and Administrator to join our dynamic and growing remote team. This is a prime opportunity to support the front-end stages of hiring for Registered Behaviour Technicians in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, scheduling meetings, and communicating with candidates.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases to ensure accurate tracking of candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and posting jobs on various platforms.
- Engage with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide timely updates on recruitment progress.
- Help ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational hiring policies.
Requirements
- Qualification: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration within the healthcare field is highly desirable.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in using applicant tracking systems.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and prioritize tasks effectively.

Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
