Exciting Opportunity: Key Accounts Manager in Cape Town

A vibrant and energetic professional is invited to apply for the position of Key Accounts Manager at Hire Resolve. This is an exceptional chance to become a key player in a dynamic team located in Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture key client relationships to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Develop strategic plans to effectively grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, demonstrating our product strengths.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to strategically position our offerings.

Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Key Account Management or Sales roles.
  • Proven Track Record: Strong “hunter” sales mentality with measurable success and previous sales achievements.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R400,000 – R420,000 per year.
