Are you a detail-oriented professional looking to elevate your career? Hire Resolve is currently seeking a dedicated Administrative Investment Assistant to join a premier Wealth Management firm in Somerset West, Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to investment managers, helping to manage client portfolios effectively.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and organize investment reports, meeting notes, and other essential documents.
  • Assist in coordinating client meetings and communications, ensuring a smooth information flow.
  • Monitor and manage schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.

Requirements

  • Qualification: A degree or diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with investment management software.
  • Attributes: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R300,000 – R360,000 per year.
