Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead the Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (SHERQ) management across various sectors within the organization.
- Collaborate with management to ensure that safety policies are effectively implemented and adhered to.
- Develop training programs for staff and management regarding health and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation and regulations impacting occupational health and safety.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree in Health and Safety; a postgraduate qualification in Fleet Management or similar is advantageous.
- Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in occupational health and safety management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and develop effective strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R600,000 – R660,000 per year.
