Exciting Opportunity: HR Compliance Coordinator (US Healthcare) – Remote

A leading company, ISTA Solutions, is searching for a detail-oriented HR Compliance Coordinator to support employee record management and ensure ongoing compliance across the workforce. This role is ideal for individuals looking to thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management of employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance measures across the organization to maintain operational integrity.
  • Collaborate with HR and compliance teams to develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits of employee records and compliance processes.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees regarding compliance and record management queries.

Requirements

  • Education: Relevant HR or compliance certification preferred.
  • Experience: Strong background in HR processes and compliance management, ideally in a healthcare setting.
  • Skills: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
  • Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R25,000 – R35,000 per month.
