Key Responsibilities
- Conduct estate tours with guests, providing them with an informative and engaging experience.
- Operate the telephone and switchboard service for all incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring efficient call handling.
- Refer calls and provide assistance to ensure guests’ inquiries are promptly addressed.
- Maintain a welcoming environment for visitors and manage reception duties efficiently.
Requirements
- Qualification: Grade 12 Certificate.
- Additional Certification: Hospitality certificate preferred.
- Experience: Ideally 1-2 years of previous experience in a reception or switchboard operator role.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
