Exciting Opportunity: Home Care Scheduler (Spanish Speaking) in Johannesburg

A leading company, ReWorks Solutions, is currently seeking a dedicated Home Care Scheduler (Spanish Speaking). This is a prime opportunity to join a dynamic team in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily and weekly schedules for caregivers, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Match caregivers to clients based on individual needs, skills, and preferences.
  • Monitor and adjust scheduling to accommodate client changes or special requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with caregivers and clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in resolving any scheduling conflicts or issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant experience in scheduling or coordination in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Language: Proficiency in Spanish is mandatory, with excellent communication skills in English preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the home care industry or similar role is advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, along with the ability to multitask effectively.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
