Exciting Opportunity: Finance Administrator & Office Manager in Cape Town

A leading company, Communicate Recruitment, is seeking a driven Finance Administrator & Office Manager. This role presents an excellent opportunity to add value in a dynamic environment located in Cape Town, Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Support management with daily compliance reporting and financial analysis.
  • Oversee daily office and facilities management for operational efficiency.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Implement policies to ensure smooth office operations and compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • Experience: Proven experience in financial administration and office management.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, proficiency in office software, and accounting systems.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
