Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily administrative operations and project management for the investment team.
- Maintain and organize vital client and investment documents, ensuring data accuracy.
- Facilitate communication between clients and investment managers regarding account updates and inquiries.
- Conduct detailed market research to assist in investment strategies.
- Prepare, edit, and format investment reports and presentations for clients.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
Requirements
- Qualification: Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in an administrative role within the finance or investment sector.
