Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Dis-Chem’s basic merchandising standards are properly executed and maintained.
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Build, face up, and maintain merchandising displays to enhance product visibility.
- Maintain daily physical upkeep of the store to meet company cleanliness and organization standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in retail merchandising or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail or merchandising is a plus.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and move merchandise as needed.
