Exciting Opportunity: Facilities Administrator in Stellenbosch, Western Cape

A leading company in the facilities management sector, Profile Personnel is currently seeking a detail-oriented Facilities Administrator. This is a prime opportunity for those looking to contribute to a thriving team in Stellenbosch, Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and validate “Three-Way Matches” (Purchase Order + Invoice + Proof of Delivery) ensuring compliance with South African VAT regulations.
  • Accurately code expenses to General Ledger accounts and perform regular audits to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies and ensure that all invoices are correctly processed.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of facility-related expenses and monitor budget compliance.

Requirements

  • Qualification: A diploma in Facilities Management or related field is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role within facilities management.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with accounting software.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of VAT compliance and financial documentation.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
