- Process and validate “Three-Way Matches” (Purchase Order + Invoice + Proof of Delivery) ensuring compliance with South African VAT regulations.
- Accurately code expenses to General Ledger accounts and perform regular audits to maintain financial accuracy.
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies and ensure that all invoices are correctly processed.
- Maintain comprehensive records of facility-related expenses and monitor budget compliance.
Requirements
- Qualification: A diploma in Facilities Management or related field is preferred.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role within facilities management.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with accounting software.
