A leading company, Staff Solutions, is currently on the lookout for a dedicated Regulatory, Compliance, and Health & Safety Officer. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team in Cape Town, Western Cape.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement occupational health and safety programs aligned with local legislation.
- Investigate and report compliance breaches, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to ethical conduct.
- Provide guidance on all matters related to health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards.
- Train employees on health and safety protocols and best practices.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree in Occupational Health, Safety, or Compliance.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a regulatory or compliance role, preferably within Health & Safety.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
- Certifications: Valid certifications in Health & Safety is a plus.

Estimated Salary: R30,000 – R50,000 per month.
