A leading company, Wild Dreams Hospitality, is currently seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support a busy business owner. This role is perfect for individuals who excel at multitasking and thrive in dynamic environments located in Hoedspruit, Limpopo.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate both virtual and in-person meetings to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage the business owner’s calendar, prioritizing appointments and commitments effectively.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations, providing essential support for business decisions.
  • Maintain filing systems and databases, ensuring information is accurate and easily accessible.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R15,000 – R22,000 per month.
