Key Responsibilities
- Represent the administrative sales engine, ensuring smooth communication between sales and production.
- Manage and support the sales processes, including order management and customer service.
- Provide product knowledge to both clients and team members, enhancing overall customer experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, striving to meet their needs promptly.
- Assist in inventory management and stock ordering to ensure product availability.
Requirements
- Qualification: A relevant qualification in sales or business is preferred.
