Key Responsibilities
- Ensure outstanding guest experiences by engaging and communicating effectively with guests.
- Prepare and cook meals for guests, adhering to dietary requirements and preferences.
- Manage daily operations in the lodge, ensuring a high standard of service and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with staff to handle bookings and manage lodge inventory.
- Ready to work in 3-week, 7-day shifts, followed by one week off, ensuring reliability and commitment.
