Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end administration of employee training programs, including planning and scheduling training sessions.
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Assist in the development of training materials and instructional guides.
- Collaborate with trainers and department managers to assess training needs and outcomes.
- Manage training calendars and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Education: Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar administrative role, preferably in training or HR.
