Exciting Opportunity: Training Administrator in Pretoria

A leading company, Profession Hub, is searching for a dedicated Training Administrator to join their team in Klerksoord, Pretoria North. This is a fantastic opportunity to coordinate the comprehensive administration of employee training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end administration of employee training programs, including planning and scheduling training sessions.
  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and instructional guides.
  • Collaborate with trainers and department managers to assess training needs and outcomes.
  • Manage training calendars and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Education: Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar administrative role, preferably in training or HR.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Requisite Knowledge: Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and training software.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
