Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to provide product information and develop relationships in the wholesale bakery and catering ingredients market.
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and explore new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Identify and resolve customer issues to promote a seamless sales experience.
Requirements
- Education: Matric certificate or equivalent; a relevant sales qualification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in internal sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.

💰 Salary Insight
