Exciting Opportunity: Internal Sales Representative (FMCG) in Cape Town

A leading company in the FMCG sector, Scholtz Partners International, is currently seeking a dedicated Internal Sales Representative to join their team in Cape Town, Western Cape. This is an exciting chance to further your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to provide product information and develop relationships in the wholesale bakery and catering ingredients market.
  • Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and explore new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues to promote a seamless sales experience.

Requirements

  • Education: Matric certificate or equivalent; a relevant sales qualification is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in internal sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-focused approach.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with the FMCG market and an understanding of bakery and catering products.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R16,500 per month.
