A leading company, AllSpes (Pty) Ltd, is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to deliver excellent service and support in Pretoria, Gauteng. This is a prime opportunity to join a professional team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and professional reception service, greeting visitors, and managing incoming calls.
  • Assist with front desk operations and ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all operational tasks.
  • Report directly to the Human Resources Manager and collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or reception role is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly demeanor.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office software and basic administrative tools.
  • Education: Matric certificate; further qualifications in office administration is a plus.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
