A leading company in Customer Engagement Technology, Datafin, is on the lookout for a highly skilled Technical Account Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely while ensuring client success and satisfaction in Cape Town, Western Cape.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to develop and execute strategies that meet their business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing customer support.
- Identify opportunities for upselling services based on customer needs and feedback.
- Monitor account health and provide insights to help clients maximize the value of their Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients, providing training and addressing concerns proactively.
Requirements
- Qualification: Degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a Technical Account Management or similar customer-facing role.
- Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce and customer relationship management tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate technical concepts.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Salary Range: R30,000 – R50,000 per month.
