Exciting Opportunity: Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant in Pretoria

Are you an organized professional looking to make an impact in your career? Danté Personnel Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant to provide essential administrative support within a legal team in Pretoria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative and secretarial support to a team of advocates.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence for the legal team.
  • Prepare and format legal documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized and retrievable.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and advocates, handling queries and appointments.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings and conferences.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree or diploma in office administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably within a legal environment.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite, with strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Attributes: Discretion, professionalism, and strong attention to detail are essential.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
