Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling and storage of goods.
- Coordinate transport operations and logistics processes to maintain optimal efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Implement and monitor warehouse management systems (WMS) to boost efficiency.
- Lead and train a team of warehouse and transport staff, setting clear objectives and KPIs.
Requirements
- Qualification: Grade 12 or equivalent NQF qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehousing, transport, and WMS systems.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in a logistics-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on operational improvements and performance optimization.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R31,000 per month.
