Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain the security of the premises.
- Patrol assigned areas to maintain order and establish a presence on site.
- Protect company assets from theft, vandalism, or other criminal activities.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents, providing appropriate assistance as needed.
- Prepare and submit reports on daily activities and any incidents that occurred during the shift.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in a security-related role is advantageous.
- Skills: Strong observational skills and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Certificates: Security Officer Grade C certification or equivalent preferred.
