- Conduct basic troubleshooting and support for network equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate records of connectivity and configuration changes to all network devices.
- Collaborate with the support team to analyze and resolve network issues quickly and efficiently.
- Assist in network equipment installation and setup, providing hands-on support where necessary.
