Key Responsibilities

- Report and resolve any maintenance issues before rooms are released to the Front Desk.
- Manage and oversee housekeeping staff, providing training and support as necessary.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and ensure all tasks are completed to the required standards.
Requirements
- Qualification: Proven experience in a housekeeping or cleaning operational role, ideally in a managerial capacity.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with housekeeping best practices and health and safety regulations.
