Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging curriculum and instructional materials for the Intermediate Phase.
- Coordinate and facilitate lecturer forums and faculty meetings under the guidance of Academic Development Consultants.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to foster academic growth.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and stay updated on educational best practices.
- Support students in their learning journey and resolve any academic or administrative issues.
Requirements
- Qualification: A relevant teaching qualification or degree in Education.
- Experience: Previous experience in a teaching or lecturing role, especially at the Intermediate Phase level.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse learners.
- Knowledge: Understanding of the current curriculum and educational trends in South Africa.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R25,000 – R40,000 per month.
