A leading company, Fempower Personnel, is currently seeking a skilled MS Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Sandton, Johannesburg. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the implementation and optimization of MS Dynamics 365 across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of MS Dynamics 365, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Optimize Dynamics 365 functionalities to enhance Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service operations.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop functional specifications.
- Manage system integrations and data migrations as necessary.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years’ experience with MS Dynamics 365, particularly in a functional consultant capacity.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications are an added advantage.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Salary: R40,000 – R55,000 per month.
