Exciting Opportunity: Admin Assistant – VKB Procurement Bethlehem

A leading company, VKB Group, is currently on the lookout for a meticulous Admin Assistant within our Procurement Department. If attention to detail and supporting supply chain precision resonate with you, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for!

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Procurement team by managing administrative tasks with precision.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of necessary procurement documents.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensure all logistical arrangements are in place.
  • Maintain accurate records and files pertaining to procurement activities.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Handle inquiries and provide necessary assistance to team members as needed.
  • Monitor inventory and supplies to ensure availability for ongoing procurement processes.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant administrative or procurement certification preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in procurement or supply chain.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with procurement software and MS Office Suite.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
