Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full end-to-end employee hiring process, ensuring adequate staffing aligns with company goals.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and assess qualifications to ensure the best fit for the organization.
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Requirements
- Qualification: A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment software.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R25,000 – R35,000 per month.
