Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates across various platforms including job boards, LinkedIn, and niche tech sites.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other databases to identify and reach out to potential talents.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for technical roles.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to foster a collaborative recruitment process.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer acceptance.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in IT/technical recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Strong sourcing techniques and familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
- Education: Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is an advantage.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, strong organizational skills.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R25,000 per month.
