Exciting Opportunity: Payroll Administrator in Pretoria

A leading company in the insurance sector, Hire Resolve, is on the lookout for an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable organization in Pretoria, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payroll runs in accordance with legislative requirements.
  • Review payroll data for accuracy and compliance, resolving discrepancies as they arise.
  • Maintain payroll records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Process new hires, terminations, and changes to employee records in the payroll system.
  • Prepare statutory payments, including tax filings, UIF, and SDL.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant qualification in finance or human resources.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Skills: Proficiency in payroll software and high-level Excel capabilities.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of South African tax laws and payroll compliance.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
