Exciting Opportunity: Receptionist / Filing Clerk (Admin Assistant) in Milnerton, Cape Town

A leading company, JG Electronics, is currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist / Filing Clerk (Admin Assistant). This is a prime opportunity to join a dynamic team in Milnerton, Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and organised reception area to create a welcoming environment for guests.
  • Organise and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
  • Support internal sales and accounts teams with various administrative tasks.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Assist with basic paperwork and general office support to enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or admin role is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency: Familiarity with office software and filing systems.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R12,000 – R18,000 per month.
