Key Responsibilities
- Daily answering of calls to the Guardrisk switchboard and directing them to the relevant person, department, or Cell Captive.
- Assist clients directly whenever opportunities arise, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Manage call logs and maintain records of all communications.
- Perform administrative duties related to the switchboard operations as required.
Requirements
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar switchboard or reception role is advantageous.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask effectively.
