A leading company, The Workforce Group, is currently seeking skilled Drivers (Code 10 & 14) with expertise in transporting dangerous goods and experienced forklift operators. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable team in the Western Cape.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Code 10 and Code 14 vehicles, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of goods.
- Operate forklift equipment safely and in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clear criminal record as per company policy.
- Complete necessary documentation and reports accurately and timely.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and ensure the vehicle is in good condition before use.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch to confirm schedules and delivery locations.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of driving experience with a solid background in operating 8-ton pup trucks.
- Certification: Must possess a valid Dangerous Goods certificate and a valid PDP.
- Skills: Ability to read and write in English; strong adherence to safety and compliance regulations.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R12,000 – R18,000 per month.
