Exciting Opportunity: Front Office Manager in Limpopo

A leading company in the hospitality industry, Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to join their team in the Bela-Bela area of Limpopo. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a well-established hospitality operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the front office, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
  • Manage staff performance by providing ongoing training and development programs.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations and ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall service delivery.
  • Implement and uphold hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a front office management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and front desk operations.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R22,000 – R30,000 per month.
