Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate teams and subcontractors, facilitating effective communication and resource allocation across various project stages.
- Ensure all contractual obligations are met, including documentation, compliance with safety standards, and quality control measures.
- Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines, identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Qualification: Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction project management, preferably with a focus on building contracts.
- Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and understand legal contracts and local regulations.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Salary: R40,000 – R60,000 per month.
