Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of orchard management, ensuring optimal fruit quality and yield.
- Coordinate planting, pruning, and harvesting activities in compliance with best agricultural practices.
- Supervise and train farm workers, promoting teamwork and efficiency in the workplace.
- Monitor plant health and implement integrated pest management strategies to mitigate risks.
- Maintain accurate records of production, labor, and resources in collaboration with farm management.
Requirements
- Qualification: Agricultural degree or diploma preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in horticulture or agricultural management is advantageous.
- Skills: Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
- License: A valid driver’s license is required.
