Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and development of energy storage systems, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Collaborate with the Engineering and Procurement team to implement innovative engineering solutions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet organizational goals.
- Analyze and assess the performance of existing energy storage technologies, identifying areas for improvement.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers, regulatory bodies, and internal teams, to facilitate project success.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field); Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in engineering roles within the energy sector, focusing on energy storage.
