Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities for various building projects.
- Manage site labour and subcontractors, ensuring all daily construction activities are carried out effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes on all sites.
- Oversee the scheduling of work to meet project deadlines while managing quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a construction supervisory role.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in construction management or related fields.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
