Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the conveyancing process, ensuring all transfers are processed efficiently.
- Handle approximately 30 active files simultaneously, maintaining organization and attention to detail.
- Ensure compliance with all registration timelines and legal requirements related to property transfers.
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders throughout the conveyancing process.
- Prepare and manage documentation required for property transactions, including deeds, applications, and related paperwork.
Requirements
- Junior Conveyancing Secretary: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a conveyancing transfers environment.
- Senior Conveyancing Secretary: Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication abilities.
- Education: Relevant qualifications or certifications in conveyancing are preferred.

Estimated Salary Range: R20,000 – R30,000 per month for Junior positions; R30,000 – R50,000 per month for Senior positions.
