Key Responsibilities
- Answer and screen all incoming switchboard calls to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Handle individual requests, messages, and queries from guests professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with guest arrivals, departures, and transfers, maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Utilize knowledge of the Property Management system Opera at Operator level for check-ins and check-outs.
- Remain computer literate and capable of operating various software applications used in guest relations.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management.
- Experience: Prior experience in hospitality or guest relations is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Property Management Systems, specifically Opera, is a significant advantage.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R7,000 – R10,000 per month.
