Exciting Opportunity: Guest Relations Officer at La Residence

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? The Royal Portfolio is currently seeking a dedicated Guest Relations Officer. This is your chance to be part of a prestigious establishment in Franschhoek, Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and screen all incoming switchboard calls to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Handle individual requests, messages, and queries from guests professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist with guest arrivals, departures, and transfers, maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Utilize knowledge of the Property Management system Opera at Operator level for check-ins and check-outs.
  • Remain computer literate and capable of operating various software applications used in guest relations.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management.
  • Experience: Prior experience in hospitality or guest relations is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Property Management Systems, specifically Opera, is a significant advantage.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R7,000 – R10,000 per month.
