Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training programs for early childhood development (ECD) facilitators and practitioners.
- Support and mentor ECD trainers in implementing best practices and curriculum development.
- Assess and evaluate training needs of individuals and organizations to enhance their service delivery.
- Facilitate workshops and provide resources to promote effective early childhood education.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for improving ECD programs across the region.
Requirements
- Qualification: Degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or related fields.
- Experience: Proven experience in training or facilitating ECD programs and practices.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of ECD policies and frameworks in South Africa.
- Attributes: Passionate about early childhood education and community development.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
