Training Consultant (PG 10/11): People & Culture: Learning & Development Centre: Umhlanga in Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal

Exciting Opportunity: Training Consultant at Sanlam in Umhlanga

A leading company in the financial services sector, Sanlam is seeking a motivated Training Consultant to join their People & Culture team at the Learning & Development Centre in Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal. If you are passionate about empowering others through training, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive training programs focusing on sales, legal technicalities, skills, and product knowledge.
  • Perform pre-course training administration to ensure that all necessary materials and logistics are in place.
  • Support training assistants in the facilitation of training sessions and enhance their delivery techniques.
  • Continuously assess training materials and methodologies for improvement.
  • Provide feedback on training effectiveness and contribute to the development of future training programs.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree or qualification in Education, Training, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in training, coaching, or development roles is essential.
  • Skills: Strong presentation skills and proficiency in training delivery.
  • Attributes: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage participants.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary Range: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
