Exciting Opportunity: Personal Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer in Johannesburg

A leading company, Signa Opportunity, is currently seeking a dependable Personal Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer. This role offers a unique chance to provide high-level administrative support within a dynamic corporate environment in Johannesburg.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer, ensuring effective time management and prioritization of tasks.
  • Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Organize meetings and prepare agendas, taking minutes and ensuring action items are followed up promptly.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expenses, anticipating the needs of the COO during business trips.
  • Maintain confidential documents and ensure the COO’s office is well-organized.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant qualifications in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role within an operational or corporate environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and excellent organizational skills.
  • Attributes: Trustworthy, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R25,000 per month.
