Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer, ensuring effective time management and prioritization of tasks.
- Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Organize meetings and prepare agendas, taking minutes and ensuring action items are followed up promptly.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expenses, anticipating the needs of the COO during business trips.
- Maintain confidential documents and ensure the COO’s office is well-organized.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant qualifications in business administration or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role within an operational or corporate environment.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and excellent organizational skills.

💰 Salary Insight
